Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund (minus $50 fee), email us by October 20, 2026. No refunds after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or late cancellations.
Substitutions
Substitutions from the same organization are welcome, however the substitute's registration fee will be adjusted if a non-member replaces an HCLA member. To request a substitution, please submit a written request by email. On-site substitutions are accepted only if the original registrant has not already checked in to the Conference.
