President: Ken Kelertas
Ken is the Director of Legal Services & Legal Counsel to the Halton Regional Police Service. Since 2013, he has also served as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, Central West Region.
After his call to the Bar in 1990, Ken served as a Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the High Court of Justice for Ontario. Since then, he has practised in the areas of civil litigation, administrative law, and privacy law at a large Toronto law firm, as in house counsel to a number of municipalities in Ontario, and as a discipline counsel with a national regulator.
Ken lives in Oakville with three other very talented lawyers, two other awe-inspiring dependents, and his loving Chocolate Lab, 'Ella.

Certified by the Law Society of upper Canada as a Specialist in Criminal Law. In my trial experience I have represented clients spanning from mischief to murder. Experience with juries and judges. In addition to my practice I have instructed and presented at numerous Continuing Legal Education Programs as well as being actively involved in the mentoring of new criminal lawyers.
Secretary/Library Chair: James Page
James is the current Secretary of the Halton County Law Association (HCLA) and is a Past President of the Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton (BIAPH). He is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association, the Hamilton Law Association, and is former participant with the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN).
