This is a small mentorship group session.
Join HCLA's mentor, Orie Niedzviecki, on September 23, 2026 from 12:30 pm-1:30 pm for a multidisciplinary discussion on litigation issues that arise when estates intersect with corporate, real estate, and employment law. Drawing on practical examples from contested estate matters, it will briefly examine how disputes involving closely held businesses, property ownership and transfers, employment relationships, fiduciary obligations, and trust and estate claims can create complex, multi-disciplinary litigation challenges.
The session is focused exclusively on advocacy, dispute resolution, and court proceedings, providing litigators and estate administration lawyers with practical strategies for identifying, advancing, and defending claims that sit at the crossroads of these legal disciplines. Following Orie’s presentation, he will be available to discuss and answer questions you may have about these issues in your practice.
This session is FREE and exclusively for HCLA Members.
