In order to fully meet the needs of our clients, we are seeking to add a Junior Real Estate Legal Assistant to our department. This role is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start date.
A minimum of one years’ experience working in a real estate department, the successful candidate will possess strong administrative and organizational skills, with an attention to detail, the ability to prioritize work effectively, to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Duties include, but not limited to, scanning and photocopying, filing, scheduling appointments, generating billing reports and assisting the Law Clerks with any and all real estate related transactions as required.
